Orders are packed by Zabala Ltd in Ireland and posted to Ireland and the UK with An Post and Royal Mail. Typical transit is 3–7 working days once collected. That is a range, not a next-day promise.

Prices on awkwardco.com are GBP. Duties or local charges outside Ireland and the UK, if they apply, sit with the buyer.

Returns

Unused goods, in a fit state to sell again, can come back within 14 days of delivery. Write before you post — support email pending counsel. Returns address pending counsel. Do not post until we give you one. VAT number pending counsel. CRO number pending counsel.

The Winter Sill Kit, once fitted to a wet sill, is not a souvenir — say so if the strips have been used. If a parcel arrives damaged, write with the Stripe receipt. We replace the unit. We do not print a warranty we have not written.
